“When you are in harmony with yourself, everything unfolds with grace and ease.”

When we are able to be in the present moment and disconnect ourselves from everything else, we open the door to experience ease and grace. Pure Divine energy flows through us, unobstructed, filled with creativity and joy. Most of us have been conditioned to believe that things are hard; that achieving a certain success or experiencing a loving relationship isn’t possible for us; that we don’t deserve “bad” things to happen to us; or that life is supposed to be fair. When we assign definitions and limitations to our lives, we block the Divine flow. An inconvenience in our lives may stimulate frustration, but received in a state of ease, it allows for co-creation with the universe and opens the door to even greater possibilities. On the contrary, when we choose a contracted response of fear, anger, worry, or a desire to please others, we move out of ease in an instant.
Any story that you may have about how things should be is an illusion that will block the flow of ease in your life. Everything is touched by the Divine hand. In her book Anatomy of the Spirit, Caroline Myss counsels that we interpret all situations and relationships as having significant importance, even when we cannot understand it. Divine creation does not follow human logic. Jesus taught, (7) “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. (8) For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened,” Matthew 7:7-8. The scripture does NOT say, “work harder and it will be given; if you are good enough it will be given; if you…”. It simply says to ASK. It will require faith and trust. As we receive the grace of this truth, we must be mindful of our words and thoughts that can create obstacles to manifestation. This verse does not promise that things will come in an instant, but rather that things will be set in motion to be moving towards your desires. There will be choices to make and necessary lessons to learn along the way.
Ease connects though the sixth (third eye) chakra, bringing powerful currents of Divine consciousness into your life via relationships and situations. This new space of clarity allows for heightened focus and creativity in your ongoing pursuits, and the right conditions for new ideas to take form. It’s an upward spiral with the capacity to enhance every aspect of your life. The shamanic healing is an invitation to accept the flow of Divine energy and to let go of the illusions and mistruths that are blocking the currents of grace and ease in your life.

MONDAY MEDITATION
Vajrakalaya Meditation
by Elizabeth B. Ebaugh
Every spiritual path teaches us that our life can be experienced with ease and grace in the face of any circumstance when we open to the possibility that there are wise and supportive beings in the field of energy all around our physical manifestation. These unseen helpers are angels, devas, herukas, Gods and Goddesses, dakinis, to name a few. Some of these beings magnetize that which we need to us; others dissolve obstacles in our path or place obstacles in front of us to help us avoid the consequences of a choice that is not in our best interest. Still others intensify or help birth new realities. When we live with the knowledge that these beings are constantly present and invoke them as we feel drawn, we are more often in alignment with our soul’s journey and experience more flow and therefore, ease.
This week’s meditation will focus on one of these unseen helpers from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, Vajrakalaya. Vajrakalaya is particularly known to reverse obstacles transforming negativity, sickness, and obscurations that block us from experiencing our own divinity. The practice of Vajrakalaya focuses on removing inner and outer obstacles to peace and happiness. As worry and anxiety grow around the world during these times the energy of all of our fears and concerns create a web of chaotic thought forms all around the globe. And this makes it challenging to relax into ease.
One of the short forms of Vajrakalaya practice invokes this deity through mantra repetition using the mantra HUNG. To invoke this fierce being we want to connect with our own ferocity. So, we vocalize the syllable HUNG from deep in our belly. HUNG. And then we continue with the same tone:
HUNG HUNG HUNG
HUNG HUNG
